Hi, I’m Ebony, an Executive Assistant working with CEOs in Silicon Valley.
Like many of you, I sort of stumbled into this role. Somewhere between college and career I found myself supporting a young entrepreneur who needed someone with a ton of backbone and a can-do attitude. The experience was exhilarating. I loved the daily variety that required the kind of creative problem solving I craved.
I’ve remained an assistant because I am passionate about collaborating with innovative leaders who empower me to do my best work. I believe every assistant should be working with someone they admire, not just tolerate.
My work has taken me all over the world. I’ve connected with many assistants, all of whom share a deep and real concern about how to strategically and effectively Level Up in the New Era of ubiquitous technology.
